The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact in the cross-curricular nutrition and physical activity education plan (NPAEP) on food intake, physical activity, and physique mass index in first ourth-grade key college kids. Material and techniques: The study applied an experimental pre-test (t1) post-test (t2) design. The sample included 167 participants in t1 and 178 in t2. The variations in meals intake, physical activity, and body mass index prior to and following implementation of your cross-curricular nutrition and physical activity education plan have been analyzed applying the Mann hitney U test, the Chi-squared test, as well as the Wilcoxon signedrank test.
