Given that LYP/CSK interaction was increased by PV treatment (Figure 1A), we asked whether the SH2 domain of CSK was involved in the interaction with LYP. To prove this, we mutated CSK Arg107 to Met, because this residue, conserved in SH2 domains, is critical for binding to phospho-Y in protein ligands [24].
